Answer decisions: replies, follow-up and closing
When a mate needs information or a decision, a waiting card may appear on Today. Read why she stopped, then use the reply, chat or close action offered by that card.
Where to go
Open Today → Needs your attention and select an item waiting for your decision. Related items also appear in the mate’s Work tab.
Cards appear only when the related workflow is enabled and has created an item. If none appears, ask in Chats. There is no general switch to turn on here.
Reply to an actionable card
- Read Why it stopped, Details and Comments. A follow-up card shows the new question.
- Write your decision and permitted scope in the reply box.
- Select Send reply and wait. On success, the item moves to Answered.
- Open it there to check your reply and the result. Sending a reply starts follow-up work; check its completion separately.
An initial, complete card may offer Approve direction and Not now. These only fill the box. Read or edit the text, then send. The approval preset asks for separate permission for spending, scheduling, deployment and publishing.
If the content is too long to show fully, quick replies are disabled. Write your own answer or ask for the key points in chat.
When there is no reply box

| Missing access or data | Provide what is needed, then tell her in chat. |
| Stopped halfway | Ask what happened in chat. A reply here cannot resume it. |
| Work no longer needed | Use Close it when available, after checking the effect below. |
Items with dependent work may not be closable here. Follow the card’s explanation.
Close an item
Closing removes the item, stops further work on it and clears its temporary workspace. When you no longer need it, select Close it, confirm and check that it leaves the list.
If the reply did not finish

| No longer waiting | Refresh the list; it may have been handled elsewhere. |
| Second reply unsupported | The reply was not sent. Use chat instead. |
