Host entry: view hosts and open the dashboard
Open the Server tab in your customer account, check the host’s domain and status, and select Dashboard. Each host card has its own entry.
Find your dashboard
Open your account → Server. A card shows Domain, status, and available Plan and Specs. Use the domain to choose between hosts.
Open dashboard → on Overview is a shortcut. To choose another host, use its card in Server. These are account records; check current CPU, memory and mate health in host status.
Open the dashboard
Select Dashboard on the card. It creates a sign-in link and opens in the same tab. When Today and the mate entries appear, check the host and mate you intend to use.
| What you see | Next step |
|---|---|
| Your server is being set up. Please wait. | Follow the activation notice; contact support if setup or the notice is missing |
| Your server is stopped. Contact support. | Ask support to check your account, subscription and host |
| Your server has not been set up yet. | Check the selected account; if you subscribed, ask support about activation |
| Link creation, entry or data load fails | Follow dashboard data problems |
For support, provide your subscription email, the displayed domain, time and exact error. You do not need an internal ID absent from the card. Keep sign-in links private.
The OpenRouter key
Accounts with a trial key show OpenRouter API Key in masked form. If an AI setting needs it, select Copy Key. Copied confirms it reached your clipboard.
Treat this key like a password: it can use its associated AI credit. Paste it only into the intended settings field. Keep it out of chats, tickets and screenshots. If copying fails, read the error; the masked text is not the full key.
Trial credit does not renew after exhaustion or expiry. Then connect your own AI account and choose its main model. An absent key field alone does not indicate a host data failure.
