Sign-in safety: sign out devices
Signing out of your customer account, one dashboard browser, or all dashboard devices affects different sessions. For a lost device, sign out every dashboard session on that host; an exposed sign-in link also needs support.
Lost a device? Choose the scope
| Goal | Entry | What it affects |
|---|---|---|
| Leave the customer account | Top-right Sign out | This browser’s realvco account session |
| Leave one dashboard browser | Bottom-left account menu → Sign Out | This browser’s session on this host |
| Remove every dashboard session on a host | Either all-device entry below | Every signed-in browser on that host, including yours |
Signing out changes sessions. It does not stop mates, or sign out Google, AI or messaging accounts.
Sign out of this browser
In your customer account, select Sign out. You should see the sign-in page. If account access returns after a refresh, sign out again; ask support to check if access persists.
In the dashboard, open the bottom-left account menu → Sign Out, read the confirmation and confirm. Success returns to the website account page. Use host entry to enter again.
Sign out all dashboard devices
From your customer account: Server → the correct host card → Sign out all dashboard sessions → read the notice → Sign out all devices. Look for the success notice. You remain in your customer account and can enter again with Dashboard.
From the dashboard: Bottom-left account menu → Sign Out All Devices → confirm. Your current dashboard session ends too. Return through the host card on your account page.
With several hosts, only the selected host is affected. For a stopped host, unsupported version or uncertain result, read the message and ask support to check completion.
If a link was exposed
Signing out all devices removes existing browser sessions but leaves a still-valid dashboard sign-in link usable. Remove any sharing you control, then open a support ticket. Describe when and where it was exposed; keep the full link out of the ticket.
Email sign-in links and dashboard links serve different purposes. Keep both private. See signing in for customer account access.
