How soon can I get started?

Within 30 minutes of payment. Once your server is ready, Rose and Ada say hello. Your dashboard link arrives by email.

Can I cancel or get a refund?

Cancel in your account; service ends with your current billing period. Paid fees are generally non-refundable. See the refund policy for exceptions.

Who can see my data?

Your files, chats and memory stay on your server, under your control. realvco staff need your consent to view them, and only for the agreed purpose and scope. Relevant content is sent to your chosen model service for AI replies, based on your settings.

I'm not technical. Can I use this?

Yes. We handle setup, updates and backups. Use chat and the dashboard for everyday tasks, and follow the guide to connect your messaging app.

How is AI usage billed?

Your subscription covers the server and both partners. AI credit is separate: $5 or $15 at checkout, valid 180 days. Top up or connect your own AI account.
