1. Agreement

By accessing or using Realvco's services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.

2. Services Description

Realvco provides managed AI agent hosting. We deploy, maintain, and monitor AI assistant infrastructure on your behalf. Our Services include:

  • Cloud server provisioning and management
  • AI agent (OpenClaw) container deployment and maintenance
  • Admin Panel access for monitoring and control
  • Security, backups, and updates
  • Multi-platform messaging integration

3. Account Registration

To use our Services, you must provide accurate and complete registration information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are in USD.
  • Subscription fees are billed in advance (monthly or quarterly).
  • A one-time installation fee may apply for initial setup.
  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
  • Promotional discounts are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
  • Installation fees are non-refundable once the server has been provisioned.
  • We may offer pro-rata refunds for quarterly plans at our discretion.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our Services to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Distribute spam, malware, or harmful content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
  • Use excessive server resources that negatively impact other users
  • Engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair our Services

7. AI Agent Content

You are solely responsible for the content, personality, and behavior you configure in your AI agents. Realvco does not monitor, review, or control the conversations or outputs of your AI agents.

8. Service Level

  • We target 99.5% uptime for our infrastructure.
  • Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.
  • We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services, force majeure, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

9. Data Ownership

  • You retain full ownership of your AI agent configurations, training data, and conversation history.
  • Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days.
  • After 30 days, your data will be permanently deleted from our systems.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Realvco shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through our website. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
