Open Management → Usage. Choose All or a mate at the top.

Tokens measure content processed by a model. They are not a fixed number of words or a fixed amount of money.

Estimates may not reflect all discounts, caching, subscription allowances or external tool charges. Confirm charges with the provider.

Incomplete data

A missing-mate notice means the total is incomplete. Unavailable cost or trend data is unknown, not zero. Wait for a retry and see Dashboard data problems if needed.

Check the displayed period before comparing. Depending on the version and source, it may show calendar day/month or rolling 24 hours/30 days. Compare the same mate, period and model.

Adjust usage

Use the individual view to identify the model and task type. Consider changing the model or reasoning and fast mode. Fast mode can increase charges or consume a subscription allowance faster. Page-monitoring work can run only when content changes.
