Add to phone: open the dashboard in one tap
Put the host dashboard on your phone’s Home Screen and open it in one tap. Do every step in Safari or Chrome on your phone, while you are on a dashboard screen.
Before you start
- Sign in to the host dashboard in Safari (iPhone) or Chrome (Android): customer account Server → Dashboard.
- A page opened from a link inside a messaging or mail app cannot be added to the Home Screen. Open your customer account in Safari or Chrome first, then go to the dashboard.
- A Home Screen icon opens the page you were on when you added it. After reading this guide, go back to the dashboard tab and add it from there, not from this page.
The dashboard lists the same steps: on your phone, tap the menu button at the top right → System → Add to Phone.
If the menu does not have this item, the dashboard on this host has not been updated yet. The steps below still work, but the icon will be a screenshot of the page instead of the realvco icon.
iPhone (Safari)
- Tap the Share button in Safari (a square with an arrow pointing up).
- Choose “Add to Home Screen”.
- Turn off “Open as Web App”. iOS 18 and earlier do not have this switch; skip this step.
- Tap “Add”.
Always turn off “Open as Web App”. When it is on, the icon opens in a separate window that does not carry your sign-in, and accounts that sign in with an email link cannot sign in there. If you already added it with the switch on, touch and hold the icon to delete it, then add it again with the steps above.
Android (Chrome)
- Tap the ”⋮” menu at the top right of Chrome.
- Choose “Add to Home screen” or “Install app”.
- Tap “Install” or “Add”.
After you add it

If you have more than one host, each dashboard has its own address, so add each one separately. Every icon is named realvco by default; on iPhone you can change the name when you add it.
Lost or new phone
While your sign-in is still valid, the Home Screen icon opens the dashboard directly. If you lose your phone, sign in to your customer account on another device and choose Server → Sign out all dashboard sessions. See account security for details.
On a new phone, sign in to the dashboard again and repeat the same steps.
