Check your realvco plan, billing cycle, next payment and payment history in the Billing tab. Payments with a receipt link open payment details where you can download your receipt.

realvco provides payment receipts, not Taiwan uniform invoices.

Where to look

Sign in → Billing. Check that you selected the account you want to review.

Read subscription and payment details

Detail	Meaning
Plan and Billing Cycle	Your subscribed service and payment cycle
Subscription status	The recorded state, such as Active, Trialing, Expiring or Overdue
Next Payment	The next payment date; check history to confirm an actual payment
Payment History	Dates, amounts, currencies and payment states; check the most recent payment here too

Dashboard AI usage and costs are separate from this realvco subscription bill. Check your AI provider for actual AI payments.

Download a receipt

Find the correct date and amount in Payment History.
Select that payment’s View Receipt; it opens in a new tab.
Check the account and amount, then use the available receipt download action to save it to your computer.

The download is complete when you have saved the matching receipt. A “—” in the receipt column means no receipt link is available for that record yet. Ask support to check it.

Missing dates or payments

Calculating under Next Payment on Overview means the date is not available yet, possibly while waiting for Stripe or trial details. A missing date does not confirm that no payment will be taken.

For a missing payment after a confirmation email, a missing subscription or a mismatched amount, check the account and refresh. If it persists, open a ticket with category Billing, the time, amount and confirmation details. Enter card details only on the payment page.
