Sign in: email, Google and account selection

Sign in to your realvco customer account with an email link or Google using your subscription address. If that email has several services, choose the account you want.

Sign in

You do not need a separate realvco password. Open your account or select Account on the website.

When the page says Link sent. Check your inbox., check your email. For a wrong address, select Use a different email.

Email links expire, can be used only once, and have sending limits. Keep them private. Return to the sign-in page for a new link when needed.

Choose between accounts

On the selector, check Registered Email, Account ID, Plan and expiry details. Select the relevant card, then check the account and plan after entry.

If account selection expires, select Send a new sign-in link and restart sign-in with a fresh link.

Successful sign-in shows your account details and tabs. To reach your mates, open Server and follow host entry. See the interface map for the two interfaces.

Sign-in problems

For missing mail, expired links, Google account errors or sending limits, see sign-in link problems. You can use the public contact page without signing in. Provide your subscription email and exact error message; keep sign-in links and verification details private.
