Choose a mate and open Chats to assign work and read replies. You can also browse past conversations, pin useful ones or stop the current turn.

Where to go

Select the mate in the sidebar → Chats. Check that she is running with a working model.

Say what you want done

Need	Instructions
Discuss first	Ask for options and say to wait for your decision before acting.
One-time work	Give the goal, source material, output format and permitted actions.
Recurring work	Check the task first, then schedule it.

For example: “Use these three documents for a five-point summary with sources. Create a draft and wait for my approval before sending it.” Check required access first. Use settings fields for keys and passwords.

Start and send

Select + New conversation.
Type your instructions. Enter sends; Shift+Enter adds a line.
Wait while she is thinking. Read the reply and check the requested result.

If the task produces a report, open Reports.

History and pins

Open an item in Conversations. Source labels identify Telegram, WhatsApp, realvco, dashboard/terminal, scheduled work and other origins. They describe where the conversation came from.

Use the earlier-conversation or earlier-message button when available. Expand scheduled conversations to see automated work.

Select Pin on a conversation to keep it at the top. Unpin returns it to the regular list. If pinning is unavailable on this mate’s version, use the regular list and contact support about updates.

Conversations marked read-only must be continued in their original app. You can also start a new dashboard chat with the needed background.

Switching pages and drafts

Within the open dashboard, switching pages or mates keeps unsent drafts and the running turn. Return to that mate’s chat to continue watching. Save important drafts separately before refreshing or closing the browser.

Stop the current turn

Select Stop this turn and wait for confirmation. The conversation stays. Work already performed still needs to be checked; stopping ends further processing.
