Interface map: account and dashboard
Use your customer account for account details, payments and support. Use the host dashboard for conversations, work and mate settings. This map helps you choose the right entry.
Three places

Most accounts have Overview, Server, Billing and Support. Eligible accounts also see Affiliate. The dashboard opens in the same tab; its bottom-left account menu has a link back.

All or one mate
In Management, choose All for an overview, or select one mate to see her information. Check her name before acting.
Models, messaging and core state backups belong to individual mates. Whole-host restore or reboot has a broader effect; read its guide first.
If an entry is missing
On a phone, open the sidebar menu first. For unavailable data, follow dashboard data problems. A load failure is different from an empty history. For a conditional feature, check its guide’s eligibility or version requirements.
