The Data tab contains a mate’s notes, work context, information about you and soul settings. Read them here; request corrections in chat and check the saved result afterward.

Where to go

Select the mate → Data. Older versions may call this Records or Memory. For notes across mates, use Management → Notes and choose All or a name.

Correct a memory

Choose the right mate and find the saved information.
In her chat, say what to change: “Replace X with Y,” or “Please stop retaining this information.”
Wait for her result, return to Data and check the change.

Say whether an instruction is for this task or a lasting preference. If a rule-file change requests approval, read its scope in Command approvals.

Removing one memory does not clear all history or backups. See Data and privacy for data requests.

Search and explore notes

The individual view searches that mate’s note contents. The All view searches every mate’s notes; author names show who wrote each result.

Follow links inside a note or use Backlinks to find notes pointing to it. Graph shows connections; Content returns to the text. A small collection may have few links.

Ask the mate to research or organize material into notes. This uses AI work. Check the resulting note after completion.

Change tag language

When tags use another language, Ask her to switch the tags to English may appear. This assigns AI work to change tags, uses her credit or billing and cannot be undone in one click. Note contents stay the same.

Read the confirmation, send and wait. Check the tags afterward. A sent request is not yet a completed change.

Empty or unreadable data

No notes means the fetched list is empty. Unreadable memories, abnormal sizes or an incomplete list need investigation. Avoid relying on affected content, retry, then contact support if it persists.
