Personalize your mate: name, picture and work habits

Select a mate’s name or picture to rename her or change the image. Explain work habits in chat, then check saved preferences in the Data tab.

Name and picture

1. Select the mate in the dashboard sidebar.
2. Select her header name or picture to open Change name and picture.
3. Edit Her name and choose a built-in image or Use your own.
4. Check the preview, then select Save.
5. Check the header and sidebar. Once the name is written to her settings, use + New conversation in Chats to check it.

Uploaded images are center-cropped to 4:5 and resized to 400 × 500. Check the crop before saving. To return to the original picture, select Use the default and save.

If the name changed but settings are still updating, wait before opening the new conversation. A stopped mate receives the setting after starting. Malformed-settings notices need support.

Work habits

Tell her in chat, for example:

Start with the conclusion, then give three reasons. Ask when information is missing. Give me a draft before sending anything externally.

Distinguish lasting preferences from instructions for one task. Check the behavior with a small task and review Data (called Records in older versions) for saved information.

Preferences do not connect accounts or change model and permission settings. Use AI accounts, Models or Command approvals for those changes.

Personality and memory

Data → Soul shows personality and speaking style. About Work and About You contain work rules and personal information. They are read-only here; request changes in chat.

For inaccurate or unwanted information, follow Correct a memory and verify the saved result. Soul settings are regenerated on reinstall. A picture change does not preserve the whole personality setup.

Problems

Try another readable image if processing fails. After a save error, check the current name and picture before retrying. Demo mode previews but does not save. Contact support for persistent errors.
