New realvco subscriptions default to a dedicated cloud host, two AI mates—Rose and Ada—and a dashboard to manage them. Check activation, then give one mate a small first task.

What you receive

realvco sets up the mates, service settings and management tools on your host. Existing hosts may have a different mate lineup; check your dashboard. Your plan, confirmation email and pricing page describe the hardware and subscribed service.

Rose and Ada have separate conversations, memories, model settings and messaging connections. Start with one. You can change names and work preferences later.

Check activation

Sign in with your subscription email and open Server. When Dashboard is available, follow five steps to your first task. If you mostly use your phone, add the dashboard to your Home Screen.

Your server is being set up. Please wait. means setup is still pending. Follow your subscription notice. If the notice or host is missing, or its status does not change, contact support with your subscription email, time and on-screen message. Avoid subscribing again to solve a setup problem.

Email, company systems and messaging require the relevant connection and access first. In chat and tasks, say whether you want a draft or an action. Review actions that request approval.

Subscription and AI costs

realvco subscription: Your plan’s host and service. See billing and receipts.
AI usage: Charged or deducted from credit according to your model and provider. Dashboard estimates are separate from your realvco bill; the AI provider’s bill is the actual charge.
Trial credit: If your host includes an OpenRouter trial key, connect your own AI account when it runs out or expires. Trial credit does not renew automatically.

Existing customers who keep renewing the same plan retain their original subscription price, including discounted plans. See manage your subscription for other changes.
