Get started in five steps: finish a small task

Sign in with your subscription email, open the host dashboard, and ask one mate to organise information you provide. Your first task is complete when you receive and check the result.

Have a short piece of information ready to share with AI. Use the dashboard chat for this task.

AI usage is charged or deducted from credit according to your model and provider. Read service and costs before sending. See AI usage and costs for the difference between estimates and actual bills.

1. Sign in with your subscription email

Open your realvco customer account. Enter your subscription email, select Send sign-in link, and open the link in the email. Or choose Sign in with Google with that same address.

Check your account and plan. If several accounts appear, choose the one you want. For missing email or expired links, see sign-in link problems.

2. Open the host dashboard

Open the Server tab, find your host, and select Dashboard. It opens in the same tab. Continue when you see Today and the mate entries.

If the button shows setup or stopped status, or the dashboard will not open, follow the host entry guide.

3. Choose one mate and check AI

Open Mate Settings in the sidebar, choose one mate, then open AI Model. Check the status and main model. Continue when it says Running.

For setup, follow connect an AI account and choose a main model. Linking an account alone does not select its model. For credit, access or unavailable status, see AI credit and access problems.

4. Provide the information and send a task

Select the same mate in the sidebar → Chats → + New conversation. Paste this example, or replace it with your own non-sensitive information. Select Send.

Make a checklist: time, task, and what I need to prepare.
Mark missing details "To confirm". Only make the table.

10:00: Review the proposal with a colleague. Bring the draft.
14:00: Discuss the homepage with the designer. Prepare reference images.
Reply to the supplier's quote before leaving work today.

All the source information is in your message, so no external connection is needed. Once the message appears in the conversation, wait for her reply. For a busy mate or a send error, see chat and tasks.

5. Check the result

Check that the table includes all three tasks, uses the right times, and marks missing preparation as “To confirm”. If needed, reply: “Mark preparation for the supplier quote as To confirm. Keep the other rows.” Check the revision too.

For no reply, see mate not responding. If the result will not load, check that data can be retrieved first.

What success looks like

Once you receive and check the result, your first task is complete. Use the interface map for other tools, or connect messaging to chat from your phone. Results can stay in a conversation; see work progress and results to find them later.
