Schedule work: timing, pause and run now
Scheduled work runs in the host’s time zone. Choose a mate, set the frequency and delivery, then pause it or run it once when needed.
Before you start
Open Management → Schedule. Choose All or a mate at the top.
Check the task in Chats first: it needs usable data, access and a model. Running it uses AI credit or billing. For phone delivery, connect a messaging app.
Check Host Operations → System Details → Time on System. Schedule times follow the host, not your phone.
Create work
- Under the intended mate, select Add scheduled work.
- Fill Name and What should she do with sources, format and permitted actions.
- Choose How often: daily, weekly, or every 15 or 30 minutes, 1, 2, 6 or 12 hours. Set the time, and days for weekly work.
- Choose Send the result to when shown. Otherwise the result stays in her chat history.
- Add a monitored page if needed, as described below.
- Select Create. Check that the task and next run appear. The first run is at the next scheduled time.
Create sends immediately. Follow field errors if it fails. If attaching the monitored page fails and the task is withdrawn, check the list before creating it again.
Act only when a page changes
Fill Only act when this page changes (optional) with a public http:// or https:// URL. Private addresses are not accepted.
Each scheduled check compares the page. The following AI work runs only after a detected change, reducing that part of the usage. Page checks and paid tools may still use external resources or services.
Read the list and run once
Rows show the next run, frequency and status such as OK, Last run failed or Paused. On desktop, hover over the time for previous-run details. On mobile, check the row status or chat history.
Run now performs real work and may use AI or tool billing. If it says work started, wait and check again. After completion, verify the result and delivery before running again.
Pause, resume or delete
| Action | Check afterward |
|---|---|
| Pause | The task shows Paused. |
| Resume | A next run is scheduled. |
| Delete | Read and confirm the effect. The task leaves the list; using it again requires recreation. |
Built-in realvco work can be paused but not deleted. The form creates new tasks. To change existing instructions or timing, ask the mate in chat and check the updated list.
If it does not run
Check whether the mate is on leave, the task is paused, the model is unavailable or the scheduler stopped. A load error means the list was not fetched; an empty list is a separate state.
Use Schedule problems and check the result before retrying. Fast mode does not speed up scheduled work.
